FAQ: Caution when upgrading you computer from Windows Vista to Windows 7 (Windows 7)

Resposta :

When upgrading you OS from Windows Vista to Windows 7, the following phenomenon may occur:

- An error or remaining ink information is not displayed. ("Enable bidirectional support" is not selected).
- Printing / scanning cannot be performed in the network connection.
- The PC-FAX function is not available.

Solução
Uninstall the drivers then download and install Windows 7 driver from our support site.


NOTA
When the printer driver or MP Driver included in the OS, as the Effects tab is not displayed, you cannot use functions such as "VIVID Photo," "Simulate Illustration," "Monochrome Effects," and etc.
Additionally install Add-On module.
